Betty

Co-founder, Director and Doula of 11 years. Betty’s fierce, loving and straightforward advocacy has transformed the journeys of countless women and families. She brings these skills (and many more) to the facilitation of our sessions, fundraising, accounting and managing the running of the CIC with a sharp eye for organisation and direction. Co-founder, Director and Doula of 17 years. Lucy brings her experience of the local maternity landscape, passion for the biopsychosocial significance of the perinatal period and interest in ethics and justice to facilitation and fundraising.

Director, safe-guarding lead, original community member turned contributor and volunteer, community champion, now Postpartum Doula and snack queen. Tirelessly kind, wise and generous. Read about how she’s out there continuing her mission to support new mothers here.

Roz

Community champion and liaison lead, Roz navigated her journey through her own perinatal period with Folkey Birth Club and has been blessing us an active member volunteer with her humour, organisational talents, insights, French biscuits/ drool worthy snacks and outrageously good baby outfits since.
