Pregnancy Nourishment

“Hearing other women’s challenges, fears and worries and how they overcame them not only made me feel less alone in my own feelings and pregnancies but gave me ideas of actions I could take in my own life.”

“During the pregnancy nourishment session, I had the space to reflect and identify my current hopes and worries. I found it truly magical, there was something special about sitting in a circle with other women, sharing our thoughts, and feeling held in that collective energy.”

“Another opportunity to touch base with people alike going through pregnancy and beyond. The wisdom from women at every stage being available was invaluable. It was also just such a lovely experience to look back on in my pregnancy and I will miss it. A reason to get up and out and make some memories.”

“I’ve made lifelong friends from pregnancy nourishment… I also loved sharing and hearing others journeys and the space to get out what is troubling you in that moment - really helped me mentally. Food was a bonus and was always a great selection.”
