In a small and intimate circle we can discuss, in depth, any questions you have about how birth works birth in general, or something about your pregnancy and birth in particular.
Submit your questions in advance, if you want to. Otherwise I will choose a difference topic each session to start us off. We will discuss Physiological Birth, Home Birth, Induction, Birth Partners, Due Dates, Doulas, Caesarean, VBAC, Birth Rights, Birth Planning, you name it…
Sessions are £10 drop in, £9 each for an advanced bundle, or free for low/no income families. Folkestone location TBC.

Once a month I will be at Folkestone Harbour, ready to take a stroll with whoever will join me. We can talk pregnancy, parenting, partners, pets… whatever comes to mind. The walk will give you a dedicated time to spend with other pregnant people, without the formalities of a class or organised session. Please send an email or whatsapp to confirm you’ll be joining us.
